I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the Arc de Triomf. Many restaurants and shops were nearby on a side street. The staff were very helpful .
The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. I reported this to reception and a maintenance person adjusted the temperature. The problem persisted, and I was offered a smaller room with a shower layout I found inconvenient.

comfortable bedunsafe neighborhood
the room included a comfortable bed..
I had to carry luggage up several steps. also, i found the neighborhood felt unsafe. shortly after arrival, i experienced a robbery in a nearby park, a very distressing start to my visit. this definitely impacted my overall impression of the hotel and area.

unsafe area
I still had to haul my luggage up several steps. also, the area felt unsafe. i was robbed shortly after checking in a nearby park. someone sprayed a substance on me. It was quite annoying.

I found the staff helpful. They provided excellent service! The hotel's location was superb. Many restaurants and shops were nearby. The room was a good size. it was very quiet. I could relax easily, which I appreciated after long days. I appreciated the bathroom including a proper door.
One very minor thing. I noticed only one washcloth in the room. It was a little odd!

The hotel features a gym. It includes treadmills and stationary bikes. There is a pool area. It has loungers and a shaded section. I noticed these amenities provided opportunities for both exercise and relaxation.

The reception area is staffed around the clock. Staff provided assistance whenever I required it. The hotel offers daily housekeeping. It kept the room clean and well-kept. Staff were very cheerful. They were friendly.

Breakfast service includes a variety of options. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The dining area is spacious. There were plenty of tables. I noticed coffee and juice were readily available.
